1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. 2.2 Geographic Eligibility

2.3 Registration Process

2.4 One Account Policy

Any duplicate Accounts discovered will be closed immediately, and all balances, including Real Money Balances and Bonus Balances, may be forfeited at the Company's discretion.

3 Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. 3.3 KYC Verification

The Company is required by applicable law and its compliance obligations to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, prior to allowing continued gameplay. You agree to cooperate fully with the KYC process by providing, upon request, a valid government-issued photo identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and any other documentation the Company reasonably requires. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by the Company may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jlbet.ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods, subject to availability and applicable limits: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), Metrobank, and other payment channels as may be added or removed from time to time at the Company's discretion. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified in the cashier section of the Platform.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your jlbet.ph Account within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and compliance review. The Company aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfers. The Company reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits or to verified accounts in the Player's name.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the jlbet.ph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. The Company is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences that may be applied by your bank or payment provider.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives offered by jlbet.ph are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between the specific terms of a promotion and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds will be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not met within the specified period.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

The Company reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent; colluding with other Players to exploit promotional offers; or any other conduct that the Company reasonably considers to be an attempt to exploit the bonus system.

6 Gameplay & Wagering

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the jlbet.ph Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing wagers. The Company is not liable for losses resulting from a Player's failure to understand the rules of a game.

6.2 Fairness and RNG

The RNG is independently tested and certified to ensure that all outcomes are genuinely random and that the Platform operates fairly. 6.3 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game or the crediting of winnings, the Company reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager amount to the Player's Account. 7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlbet.ph Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time;
• Accessing or attempting to access another Player's Account without authorization;

• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any means;
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals of legitimate deposits;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Players or Company staff;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the jlbet.ph Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of the Company.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jlbet.ph Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Company does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages, the Company's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

In no event shall the Company's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jlbet.ph Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Suspension & Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification; receipt of a self-exclusion request; or a determination that continued operation of the Account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to the Company.

In the event of Account closure due to a breach of these Terms, the Company reserves the right to forfeit any Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance in the Account. Where Account closure is not due to a breach by the Player, the Company will return any verified Real Money Balance to the Player via the Player's registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Players may request the closure of their own Account at any time by contacting the jlbet.ph support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player following the completion of applicable verification procedures.

12 Disputes & Governing Law

12.1 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the jlbet.ph Platform or these Terms, you should first contact the Company's customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. The Company will endeavor to respond to all dispute submissions within five (5) business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable Philippine law.

12.2 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process described above.

13 Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the Company will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. In some cases, the Company may provide additional notice of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the jlbet.ph Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 11.
